Mahila Mandal: (Women’s Group) in all our 60 villages we have grouped Mahilas who have their meetings every month. This is a forum where they discuss their own problems like wife beating, drunkenness etc where we impart awareness to them.

Youth Organization: In a good number of villages we have organized the youth. They come together to discuss the nee s and problems of the village and to find solutions.

Literacy Programmes; through youth we are trying to make others literate. At present we have a number of Centres where evening literacy classes are going on.

Livestock: Our barefoot technician gives training to the youth on the improvement of livestock, curative treatment and preventive methods. The villagers appreciate it very much.

Forest Protection Committee: In about 40 villages with the cooperation of the forest staff this committee is working well in preserving the forest and protecting it.
